If goods are to be returned to Otherworld Brewing Limited, they must be returned in their original packaging, in the same condition that you received it within 14 days of purchase. You will be refunded for the goods once received by us, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. Contact us at email@example.com if you would like to return your goods and we will help you do this.
We do not accept returns of perishable goods (all of our beer products)

If the beer that you have received is not as ordered or there are any quality issues please contact us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a description and a photo of the beer that the issue is with. Upon investigation of the issue, our team will issue a refund for the item.
If you have received a damaged beer, please get in touch with us and we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund for it.
Once we have received your merchandise return or processed your quality complaint, we will issue your refund for the cost of the item
If we are unable to fulfil the whole of your order for any reason, then we will email you with your options. If we haven't received a response back after 72 hours then we will ship your order and refund the difference.
