Malty, hoppy, and bittersweet with a hint of marmalade, inspired by a recipe brewed by Kemp Town Brewery in 1880. Chevalier provides a big malt backbone for massive quantities of British & European Hops, typical of the time, while traditional Invert No.2 sugar adds hints of molasses and lightens the finish. Brewed in collaboration with Sunken Knave.
