Cast them down This imperial stout was brewed in 2024 then aged for 14 months in a mix of sherry and Highland whisky barrels before being married with an aromatic blend of bitters and spicy but floral red chillies. Malt flavours of roast and sweet cocoa pair with vanilla and vinous whisky, before the delicate blend of bitters and red chillies open up an elevating warmth alongside light orange, clove, ginger, and herbaceous notes.
