Layers of roast malt, caramel, and burnt sugar create a rich, rounded body, while a large addition of Shantawene coffee from Ethiopia, roasted by Obadiah in Edinburgh, brings bold roast character, sweet red-fruit notes, and ripe tropical flavours.
