A rich amber Barleywine, barrel-aged for almost two years in North British whisky casks. Deep malt flavours of caramel, toffee and dried fruit are layered with oak and whisky, then finished with cherry and almond for a Bakewell-like character. Full-bodied but on the drier side, with a warming finish.
